You go to the dealer for expert service and they can't even put your car up on the hoist correctly. Can you imagine if your car was out of warranty and you had to pay $$$ for dealer service, all the while thinking that you're paying top dollar for top service and then you end up having this s*** happen. Totally, totally unacceptable. Is it really that hard for them to figure this out? Kinda makes you wonder about how they handle "difficult" stuff. Sorry man.
