z34 (370z) mid-engine design yay or nay?

I saw this and thought... had this idea been taken seriously it may have erupted infinite hate from Z fans and infinite love from new Z fans but all together

Default z34 (370z) mid-engine design yay or nay?

I saw this and thought... had this idea been taken seriously it may have erupted infinite hate from Z fans and infinite love from new Z fans but all together I think its very interesting although it needs some photoshop tweaks here and there. cool or not cool?

Say this design was favored by many... hopefully mr. 370ZRR (randy rodriguez) could workout a mid engine based sketch and who knows... maybe Nissan would make a huge *** left turn on the next Z design. I figure since they have mocked Porsche for the last 11 years, why not the Gallardo lol!

I would love a mid-engined Z. Unless it looked like that.

The Z's styling works beautifully with FR proportions. MR though, not so much. A 350hp midengined car from nissan would be wonderful though.

They could probably fit a mid engine in the current shape the Z has so no need for it to looks so stretched out and deformed:

my shitty take on it lol

If the Z looked like the porsche picture posted, i'd be a bit happier with the current design.

I would never buy the Z in the OP's pic... the doors don't look like it would work properly.
