Rally Z...again?
So for some reason I was curious/thinking about this rally Z and just found out it was sold Nissan 370Z / Rally cars for sale.
Apparently this happened started last year in 2012 but the race is in 7 days Then I found this ->Psychedelic Nissan 370Z Nismo Enters 2013 Gumball 3000 Rally - Carscoops that is happening in 2 days. Different type of rally but interesting nonetheless. Just wanted to share. |
Thanks for sharing.
I love the sound of that first rally car |
After I saw a Z turned into a rally car my skull imploded.
It's just weird. Pretty cool though. |
The rally Z, that is something I would love to do in this car, but just dont have the money to do that. Everything that I have seen on here, that by far is the coolest! Not talking the gumball, that comes in 4th. What doran does comes in 2nd, 3rd would be a 600whp single turbo set-up.

what exhaust is he running?
|
Looked like a custom single out the right side. So that elminates the RC single version, since that comes out on the left.

Thanks, |
I wonder what kind of suspension the rally Z uses... that rally course looks infinitely smoother than some of the public roads around here :ugh2:

Also, here's an updated point's list they have (same website as before) here Looks like the Z is sitting at 48 points... |
That's so badass... To see the z as a rally contender. The gum ball 3000 is more of a road race than a rally from what I have seen in the past. It's actually more like a bunch of rich people driving really rxprnsivr cars across a continent. They did the 3000 across the USA last year if I remember correctly. Started in Times Square and ended up somewhere on the west coast.... Kind of like the cannonball run. Oh ****... Did I just date myself? :ugh2:

Seemed pretty cool. I just think that All wheel drive is soooo much better for rally; such an advantage. I'm not knocking the Z, just not sure how it can stand agains AWD cars....
