Sounds like the Nismo owner I ran into last year at a car meet...

We had reserved parking for our VQ club members and I am usually one of only 2, 370's in the club (rest are G37 or G35 and a couple 350's)

Anyways we see a Nismo driving in and we motion him to come over and park near us as we've never seen him before...all the while he's driving maybe 5km hr but killing first gear to spool up his supercharger, excessively...I was immediately embarraased for him

He gets out, some younger kids go rushing to his car, he's a late 40's man going on about his Stillen Supercharger, installed at dealer...and that was literally the only thing he knew....I walked away from him....quick....

So there are people like that

For me, I have the forum open usually all day at work....helps pass the time a bit and always ups my knowledge.

I've trolled this site for a couple of years and finally decided to register just now lol! I've been trying to see new ideas people have taken with mods but nothing really appeals to me like it did when I had my 350z. It's kinda hard to find something I really like with the way the 370z is designed. I like Italian cars a lot so I think it taints my vision on how I want to mod my car.
