You can rebuild the engine or transmission if either go bad. That's what I plan to do anyways.

Well, you might be able to work something out that isn't a financial disaster. Check out my post today. I just traded in a 2012 for a 2013. But for $10000 more car, it seemed totally worth it to me.

Unless you really have to have the new front end, I don't think enough has changed between 09 and 13 to justify taking the financial hit.

I agree with the others who made the point the body style is the the same, so why trade if your current Z is still good to go (looks awesome to me). I'd wait to see what 2014 or 2015 brings, and then decide. You shouldn't lose too much more in value.

After 30+ years of marriage, I live by the motto, "happy wife, happy life"...good thing she likes sports cars...
