'10 has a defrosted side mirrors, cabin air filter, leather shift knob and leather hand brake.

The 09's don't get the Z key fob's, it has the Nissan logo. But don't ask me which year started giving it.

All I know is that mines has a Z on it :happydance:

The 2009 has different hatch struts, too, I believe. And lets us not forget all the various ESCL revisions that made it into the 2009-2010 models :icon17:

The only interior difference is the gas gauge got the black overlay

Am an hvac engineer and i think this is how it went down "yo guys lets just copy paste all the crap from 350z in to 370z thats how we save $ and selll it cheap.....1year later......ops forgot to copy paste the filter and heated mirrors...there u go...."

not quite,oil cooler added in 2012 but
spring rates (new suspension springs) were changed and STOCK brake pad performance increased on sport pkg's an nismo in 2011
Nav screen quality increased by a huge margin and heated mirrors were added. Also cars came equipped for the optional tonneau cover if you decided to order it and didnt have a touring in 2010.
Before that, you had to buy new bracketed interior parts to have the tonneau cover which was $300 before the $300 cover.

The changes were small and not discussed on a large scale like the oil cooler, but they were changes none the least.
