The family car of the future:happydance:.

Low hp cars should have manual priority even over sports cars. Automatic slow cars are the most boring things ever.

:iagree: My scion xD is a 5mt, the auto version ($500 more expensive but is about 80% of xD's sold) is a 4 speed that will refuse to accelerate. Passing on the highway needs 15 seconds of prep to get up to speed. the 5 mt is much more pleasant to drive and I can have fun in this car . It's geared well and has enough power to offer great performance for it's price/class.

This made me laugh.

Half these econo boxes on tame roads with automatics will make you fall asleep behind the wheel. But i've driven some of these econoboxes in manual transmission on the mountains of Puerto Rico!!! Man it's like driving a serious sports car. So much more fun and exciting. I've driven the Toyota Vitz in PR, Mitsubishi lancer, Suzuki Fuego, mini cooper old mazda rx7 from 80's honda civic crx and Corolla. All these cars fairly low hp with manual transmissions felt like beasts on those mountains.
I think it's what those cars are made for. The terrain in Asia is extremely similar to PR. I've driven the auto versions of some of those cars in PR mountains:yawn:

whoever designed that ugly does not know wat cars as supposed to look like.

The Aztek design team found a new place of employment. Screwing up rides since 2001.

Come to think of it I think they designed the front end of the Juke as well...

After scrolling down a little further I see Bucketlist knows whats up too

You might have a point there with age demographics. And :iagree: on the sportsh!t modes in small hp cars.

 some of the cars you mentions were meant to be manual. Their auto counterparts were golf carts in comparison. especially cars like the mini cooper, crx, corolla.
