Opinion on what color to paint rims

I have a black 370z nismo, everything is stock on it right now but I was thinking of painting the rims, my dad owns a bodyshop so I can really do anything I want. What do you guys think about flat black? Or gunmetal? Was also thinking about tinting the tail lights and spraying the emblems to match the rims.

I say black em out

kevrocks 04-30-2013 02:55 PM

i think the stock rim color looks best on a black Z :)

enkei2k 04-30-2013 03:06 PM

I vote hot pink.

Keep the stock Nismo set oem color. Go and buy yourself a real set if your wanting a new color.

dark bronze, or gun metal.

I think everything blacked out looks bland.

kenchan 04-30-2013 03:18 PM

I would do the 40th color wheels.

kenchan 04-30-2013 03:22 PM

and the door handles

Grindkiezer 04-30-2013 03:26 PM

I think black would look sick but I wouldn't go with flat black

Haboob 04-30-2013 03:30 PM

Dark metallic purple.

Blacked out is too overdone IMO. (No offense to anyone though).

I saw a 40th yesterday with orange powder coated base rims.

It was def. different.

Gunmetal hands down

KERMIT 04-30-2013 04:56 PM

Gunmetal is much better than black.

DEpointfive0 04-30-2013 04:57 PM

Black chrome or gun metal or black (in my order of sexiness)

I agree. Flat black rims on a gloss black car isn't my bag. I'd go gloss black or gunmetal.

GoJagZ 04-30-2013 05:13 PM

Definitely bronze. Black is overdone.
