Hey guys, reviving the thread again, just yesterday i tried doing a burnout in my a7
Vdc was off and it was even a little wet out, couldn't get the tires to spin at all at a stand still, i was actually able to get the tires to spin more with the vdc on, any suggestions? Im getting new tires in a week and wanna roast the tires before i get my new ones on. Also i tired doing all this is "d", did i do it wrong and should have used the "1"? Sorry everyone im a noob to this car |

Pretty sure there are still some nannies on that you have to overcome even with VDC off. ABLS for example applies the rear brakes when the car detects slip - you cannot turn this off without pulling the STOP LAMP fuse or installing an inline switch for the yaw sensor.

Ive read and watched videos and honestly have no clue what im doing wrong, ive even tried brake boosting
I tried racing my buddy a few days ago with vdc off and when i took off the tires did spin a little but the vdc/"inner tc" still kicked in and stopped me from spinning Sent from my LG-H900 using Tapatalk |

Search is your friend. Disabling the yaw sensor has been discussed in detail already.

May not be able to handle it w/the yaw dis-connected; as it does way more than allow burnouts.
