That's what happens when you ask questions through an anonymous media like the internet. Expect it, live with it, don't worry about it.

And there is a perfectly good reason why there isnt one. But it is true that it is your money and you can spend it if you think it is worth it, just be ready for the flames.

Sounds like he is taking the car out for a couple joy rides instead of working on it.

- Front Lip (Paint/Install) Paint 1-2 Days. Install 1 hr.
- Front Hood Scoop (Paint/Install) Paint 1-2 Days. Install 15 Minutes.
- Rear Body Scoops (Paint/Install)Paint 1-2 Days. 1 hr.
- High Wing (Paint/Install)Paint 1-2 Days. Install 2-3 hrs.
- Wheels (Paint)- 1 Day For Paint-30 Minutes For Plasi-dip
- Angel Eye Headlights (Install)Install 2 Hours.
- Taillights (Tint)1-2 Hours

The work if done by one person should only take around two to three business days..

You really aren't getting anything significant done other then paint which takes awhile to dry and the high wing which is a longer install because drilling, etc..

It can't. It includes an insert to give the illusion of an opening. Wonder why they didn't include it gives the illusion of speed and a race car in their ad??

This item is made to order and delays shipment 1-2 weeks.

Brand new in factory box.

Durable polyurethane construction.

Includes black vinyl insert to give the illusion of an opening.

Ready to prep and paint.

No drilling, cutting, or modification necessary.

Simple 3M tape installation.

Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Hey bluebird, what 'rear body scoops' did you get? If you got the one Unknown_370 posted, I really suggest you just don't put those on. Even if you did pay for it. Even if the guy already painted it and taped it on your car, I suggest you call and ask him to remove it. Or just use dental floss or fishing string yourself depending on how he attached it.

The ONLY way those rear scoops should ever be on a car is if you deleted your AC unit and need air ducting into your car during track events, which would require removing that rear quarter window.

As for the hood scoop, maybe make it functional to get less bad rep by cutting a hole in the hood to let air actually go through the air scoop, and remove or cut some of the plastic that is under the windshield wipers to let air flow and cool the engine.

No thanks I like how I have the option to stick it and remove it without having a hole in my hood. Anyway, for all the haters.. it's funny how some of the people here talking down on my exterior modifcation doesn't even have anything done to their own Z. I find that pathetic. Are you that insecure and feel the need to have to talk down on other peoples work to make yourself feel better? I will post pics of my car when it's done. :hello: Personal opinions are fine but I won't tolerate rude direspectful flaming from anyone. :gtfo2:

Oh and this is the rear body scoop. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nissan-370-Z..._qi=RTM1303754

Some of us have ALLOT done to our car's you just can't see it.:icon17:

I'm all for watching sticky tape body kits... and their imminent failure. Mustang inspired body kits are a poor aesthetic choice for a Z. We don't see Mustangs with a fang mod. Food for thought man.

mantella87 04-14-2013 07:59 PM

Bro, you're getting tough love from people who love the car. You should just start with a nice front lip and call it a day for now.

asdfsammich 04-14-2013 08:05 PM

This calls for a build thread. That also simultaneously functions as a part out thread. On account of parts slowly falling off and OP going back to stock entropy style. If anything it would be extremely unique.
