Just came across this on msn.com, news.The 2010 370Z won it's class. It's one of 18 most Dependable Cars on the Road. :D

Nice to see, although the E class and Volvo seem like odd comparisons. Not many surprises though, all NA cars I think except maybe the A6.

I'd hope that a car that's only 2-3 years old is considered dependable.

Ask again in 10 years or 100k miles later.

PS - Did they not experience the steering lock issue yet?

I don't know about that listing. A lot ultra-reliable cars like the Toyota Corolla, Lexus models and recent BMW 3 are omitted. I dunno...

hmm I don't believe it lol. If my car was reliable it wouldn't have blown a head gasket at 8000 miles

Hell yea the Z is Dependable. I've never had one issue and knowing all the people that track them including myself with no issues. Golden.

Sure has come a long way in one model year from the big black CR dot my 2009 got...

Nice but one question! Being a CY owner, I thought that 2009 was the only year they produced that color. They had a picture of a CY and they were referring to the 2010 model as being the most reliable. Hmmmm!!!!!

I just wish when articles like this call out negatives... I would hope they can give some specifics. The issues they claim are incredibly broad with not the slightest explanation. I don't need super-tech but, what part of the drive system is failing? What part of the suspension? We have two tranny choices... Which transmission do they claim is unreliable and why? Just basics.
