It might not be so much the battery is great. The compartment the battery is in helps protect it from the direct heat of the engine which helps extend the battery's life.

For those of you that don't know this batteries are stronger in the winter than they are in the summer.

Really?? Wow... Mine dies in 2 weeks and half. So even in the winter, I have to take it out for a spin once every 2 weeks... Granted I have aftermarket audio system installed. Guess it's the capacitor suck out the battery life...

I hope you don't have a problem with it. I guess I should have mentioned my past before you and I were an item.

6 D cells were fine. When he wanted me to go 220V, that was it.
