That sucks. I'd see if it's possible to have the tip repaired by local shop. Disputing with UPS takes time since you basically have to prove it was their fault...even

That sucks. I'd see if it's possible to have the tip repaired by local shop. Disputing with UPS takes time since you basically have to prove it was their fault...even when there is a giant hole in the box.
FYI, I hope you understand that this pretty much means you have to put out if you ever meet DEpointfiveO in person.
