hahahhahahah im so glad i leased the 370Z, I only put down 3000$ and pay 350 a month for 36 months and im getting the hell out of Nissan when the new mustang or sti comes out or upgrading to an AMG Benz.
I would be seriously pissed if i financed and would be stuck with a car i get tired of or want to get out of. Thats why people dont realize how great leasing is if you dont care about mileage restrictions and always having a car payment. Every 3 years i can switch into something fresh and fun. One things for sure its going to be hard to top the 370Z in the looks department but too many other faults in this car for me. |

Only regret is how much I have to wash the damn thing and not being able to drive it year around... But all that **** fades away when I'm behind the wheel or just admiring its beauty.

370Z is not a keeper unless you drop like 20-30K inmods on the dam thing.. Were talking Twin Turbo and the whole nine yards suspension wise |

It is a keeper, and I've spent far less than that. People just have different needs and standards. I can easily accept the premise that some people are not satisfied with this car. But there are plenty of folks who are quite satisfied with it, as well. Last edited by shadoquad; 03-19-2013 at 09:42 PM. |

Starting my 4th year with mine (only 11,000 mi. so far though). I'm glad I bought my Z. Considered it very, very carefully first. Changed out the tires for a much quieter ride, got the Clearbra, so I wouldn't be worried about chips on the vulnerable front end and got a custom leather interior. All set for a dozen more years and maybe 40,000 more miles of 3,000 mi./year or so pleasure driving each driving season. Then I'll be 77 and will wind things up with a more comfortable Infiniti G.

They usually are, and that makes sense. The happier folks figure that it goes without saying. The ones having a rougher time with their cars make it known, and they should, because perhaps we can help, or perhaps we can learn from what is happening to them.

but after hearing about a persons problems over and over again in multiple threads it tends to get annoying....not saying they shouldnt be vocal about it, but it comes to a point where you have to ask yourself "what more can we do for this person?"

No regrets what so ever. I can understand being down on the Z though after what DEpointfive0 has gone through.
For me though the Z has a bit of intangible magic that makes a car special. Its not the fastest in a straight line or through the corners.. it doesn't have the best interior.. i've found it doesn't do well with seating 4 passengers.. and its MPGs leave something to be desired. That said the Z (or at least mine) has character to it. I don't see 100s of other Zs on the road (Mustang, Camaro), it is a frightfully good looking car in ways that not many other cars replicate or copy. To me its a unique car that has soul to it. 10+ years from now the Z won't even be close to fast to what modern cars can do then. But I would be shocked if it doesn't stand the test of time because of its looks of character. Its like seeing an 80's 911.. Sure they aren't the fastest cars anymore and sure they actively wanted to kill their drivers.. but they are amazing cars to see because they have a certain soul and passion to them. Maybe the Z doesn't hold that type of status to everyone, but for me it does. TLDR - I have a hardcore addiction to my car.

The people who know me, know I'm not a bad person or anything, so there's no need to be bitter AT me when I'm just bitter with the car... If NNA gets the damn thing to work without fault, I'll be happier than ever... ATM, I hate it... And I'm sure a lot of people regret not buying a 5.0 or something, but for whatever reason ended at the 370Z
