Depends on what you want.
Why are you considering the trade?

other than financial reasons, I cannot think of a legitimate reason to downgrade to a Z from a GT-R

Wanna trade?
I'm in SoCal Actually, if you want, message me and I'll let you take my car on a drive to see how you like it and to get a feel for it I've driven a highly modded GTR once and it was stupid fast, but when the owner out it back to stock (leased it), the AWD disconnected you from the driving a bit... In any case, if I could afford a GTR, I'd keep a GTR

There was an article published that said a z is more fun than a gtr because the driver feels like he is connected to the road, while in a gtr the driver is connected to a computer.
To some z=sports car Gtr=playstation With that said, to op I think you will miss the power too much. As fun and raw as a 6mt z is a gtr is just too large of a step up from it.

If you can afford this,
Would you settle for this? Not saying the Z is that bad, but the idea is the same. haha
