Op needs to test drive an auto Z, see if he likes the tranny first, very different than the GTR one.
Hey OP, if finance isn't a big deal, you want new and different experience, want auto box, what made you pick a 370z over a used 911 or M3? |

Jay Leno says it's more fun to drive a less powerful car fast.
Considering how many high end cars he has, Jay probably knows what he's talking about So, IMO you should do it.

I say get a FI'd Z from a forum member selling it. If it's really a filler car, at least you can look at the glass 3/4 full instead of half empty.

It's probably also safer to drive a less powerful car fast, considering all the supercar crashes that we have seen on videos

Well the GTR - Z move has been done before. So seems to be some value in doing it.
Easier to drive close to the Z's limits so can be more enjoyable and for me it would be about the tranny, so I would switch to a 6mt Z However if you would be creeping back into an auto Z, I'd keep the GTR and go nuts.
