Man, I'm truly sorry for you. That's the worst $hit... when someone is just completely irresponsible while operating a vehicle exactly the reason I ignore my phone completely while I am driving.

I hope you are both ok

I usually let anyone drive it, im very open and free and want people to enjoy the car, but no good deed goes unpunished. My dad drove it, and was eating his McDonalds fries and burger while driving, nearly veering off the road a few times not paying attention. Then pulled into a bank and processed to hit the nismo splitter directly into a tall curb, bending the whole front bumper and resulted in pinch points and spider cracks front of both wheels and didn't seem to care much. He was also shifting poorly, driving in too high of a gear stressing the engine, and downshifting without rev matching (didnt like SRM).

So i no longer let anyone drive it.

The person must meet ALL of the following criteria before he or she can drive my Z:

1. A trusted friend
2. A true car/driving enthusiast
3. Respects other people's property (especially my sh1t)
4. Not an idiot

Of course all of this goes out the window when I take the Z to the dealer.

Took it to a performance shop last Saturday to install my rotors, pads, and flush out the brake fluid. The tech did a great job. Another tech took it to test and came back with my lip cracked open. They have a body shop on the premises for custom work and the owner committed to repair it but it is a hassle. Not coming back. I'd be desperate if I did.

Holy crap... I just got rear ended in my dad's Maxima at a stop, probably at like 10MPH, and I lost sensitivity along the bottom of my arm and my pinky, and sometimes my ring finger... (It feels like it's asleep...) went to the doctor and he said I have stiffness in my neck because I can't rotate one way as much as the other, and my dad has back pain...

Please, PLEASE go get yourself checked out... That accident will have repercussions in the future, and I hate to see you be in pain later because of someone else's stupid mistake.

The only person who drives my car, other than me, is my girlfriend.

For the simple reason that she is the most qualified! She is French, grew up driving manual boxes and motorbikes in France...

which makes her 50x more competent than most of my clown friends, and it shows on the road. It seems like a trend in New England to total several cars before you turn 25. So no thanks everyone else but you are free to ride shotgun...

Plus I think she's a smoke-show, so watching her rip gears is kinda hot...

This. My mom got popped by an uninsured illegal. She didn't go to the hospital since she thought she was just sore from airbags and getting knocked around. Turns out she had three broken vertebrae in her neck and the next two years of her life were a living hell. Go to the doctor.

Edit- that post was from March. He's either fine or dead by now if he didn't go get checked out.
