Not stupid per say, but pretty cheezy. So, I've gone to a Nissan Dealership a few times to help out family members buying a car....and this scenario never fails. It's happened 4 different times at two dealerships with different salesman each time. They say the same exact thing, I kid you not.
Me: (checking out the Z in the showroom) Salesguy: You look great in it, you should buy one... Me: Already own one actually. Salesguy: Well, you should get two..har, har,har,har.... Me: What's that center light between the exhaust tip do? Salesguy: I'm not sure exactly, let me check on that for you.... Me: (lol)

Some years back I was looking for a new car and had a salesman at a Dodge dealer tell me "We're not making a penny on this sale. I'm letting you have it at our cost so we can get your business."
