Seriously who cares. 90% of what we talk about is a bunch of BS anyhow - and that's exactly why we come here. We're a bunch of enthusist who like pit racing and conjecture. This thread will pop up again and again as I'm sure it did with the 350Z and the NISMO version of that (which BTW I actually liked and even considered getting a new 350Z to get the NISMO.... but fortunately the 370Z came along and the rest is history ;) )

There is a technical section which is only about 70% BS if you want to get to the meat of the matter ;P

I voted Nismo as I'm not afraid to admit it, I'm a fan :D. So..Price aside (as we all have different views of costs)... I'm all for an option of having an stock OEM model that sets itself apart from the standard model that, lets face it will be drivin by everyone as his mother in a few years or so. ;)

Just wish the US model got the same options as our friends in japan.

I agree, in the sense that many people will not be honest, but will back whatever car they buy. But other than that, I didn't think by the title this wold be an intelligent debate between the two cars :D :stirthepot:

The Bottom Line:

No changes to the engine to produce more power " WHAT ! ", isn't that what a flagship vehicle suppose to do.

Therefore, the Japanese think that looks, body kits, wings, drop it till your snorting the ground with a straw....are what is important to it's buyers.

Bollocks I say ! But I choose to buy the car, so I live with it for now.

For the Record:

That's the difference between the processes that take place between a Japanese sports car and a German sports car. (period)

Oh! yes, I know, I know....the GTR.

I would take a a Porsche 911 GT2 any day over a GTR and I have driven them both.

All that said....I like my Z base + Sport, but the comments above is the harsh reality :)

i actually liked the front of the nismo, only seen them in magazines, but no auto avail so its touring for me,nismo should have 400 hp to really seperate from the rest.
