AEROJACKET customer number?

anybody know their customer service number? I received wrong part and returned it and he promised to cover me for returning. its been 2 weeks since he promised and is not responding to my all PMs... I checked his last activity and it was today... :shakes head:

I to have a claim I am working out with him, he has always been very good on responding but I haven't heard from him for almost two weeks also (Jan 29th). I'm not at all concerned but if this goes into the end of the month or March then I will worry more.

I did drop him another email today, will let you know if I do hear from him on this one.
