It's been about 4 months since I've owned the car, noticed a few glances and neck turns but got the biggest compliment so far about a week ago. I was looking for parking at a strip mall and there was a terrible amount of foot traffic so I was circling for a while. As I was crawling through foot traffic a group of girls were walking past and one of them said in a sing-song voice "I really like your car!" and then immediately covered her mouth and said "Oh my god I don't believe I just said that out loud" as her girlfriends laughed.

Not so much the compliment that made it priceless but the pure spontaneity of the statement. +1 because she was pretty cute too. lol

then

definitley took some getting used to, especially since I was just getting back into the manual transmission....I was scared to death I would stall it in front of a bunch of staring people

I stalled it at a light once... promptly started up and raced off before anyone could see me! Funny thing is, is I had perfect shifts when I was embarrassed and took off.
