Nissan's powertrain warranty is 5-years/60,000-mile whichever comes first. It doesn't matter you are the first owner or second owner. So you should be good.
And again, the CSC failure is under the 5-year/60,000-mile warranty. Just confirmed with my guy works at Nissan dealership.
