For the most part Firehawk is right. The reality is that the vq37 is pretty much forced to the limits out of the box. You can get some power out of losing the stock cats and exhaust and a tune will help assuming you have all the bolt ons for maximum gains.
An oil cooler IMO was the best mod I did after the GTHaus Exhaust because it allowed me to drive the car hard without going into limp mode. Good luck OP but don't be surprised when the gains are far less than you're projecting in this thread, your numbers are overstated.

and their just numbers. AUC and rotational mass are going to matter more.

Not enough to care and offset the amount of power you're gaining lol. With that said, maybe about 100lbs +/- a little.

I would generalize and say forced induction is the way to go if your looking for over 350whp. Both supercharger and turbo options give great results.

Why doesn't anyone suggest N20 when looking for more HP on the 370? Seems like with a proper setup/tune it could provide a viable alternative to other FI options. Not to mention a fraction of the cost.

Nitrous is great but not on the 370 from my understanding. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for nitrous, but I have seen allot of issues when installed on these cars. If I end up keeping the car for a while, supercharge or turbo is my rought. No since in spending thousands on little rwhp adders imop.
