I also like the styling cues from the 240. I love the 350 though. It would be a hard pick for me. Idk why but I feel like the 350would age better for some reason. Anyways its just a stupid idea. The truth is that it comes down to how the car performs.
Very nice sexy Z28 btw! |

My ideal Z would be a 350 front end with a 370 rear (<3 dat fat azz), but my all-time favorite is the original 240. Probably has more to do with nostalgia than anything else.
Least favorite is the boxy 300 (1983–1989 Z31). ewwwwww

Also i washed my 350Z the morning I traded it in, and then I washed the 370Z when I got home...Quite anal.. But every line is different on the 370Z..I could feel the difference in the hood, doors, glass, roof, sides, ect... Just a completely different Car...Much sweeter and Manly is the 370Z... Also you see way more 350Z's...I have yet to see a 370Z in my town...But plenty of 350Z's...

Thanks for the input guys! I appreciate it!
You are honeslty right. I see 350s not too often but I still run into them. I have only seen a 370 once or twice in the last couple of years.. I guess they will be some of the "rarer" Z's.. |

Although I'm no longer a 370 owner, I gotta say the 370 hands down.
The 350 was meant to appease the Z fans by offering a Z car from a 6 year hiatus. Remember, the 300ZX (Z32) got too expensive when it was sold brand new. Unfortunately, the Z33 cut a lot of corners wrt to interior, using a mass produced corporate engine (VQ V6) rather than an exclusive engine VG30DETT (Z32 TT), etc. The Z32 was de facto a $60,000+ car in today's money, adjusting for inflation [1.03^20 x $35,000 = $63,000 ]. IMO the Z32 TT will always be my favorite (and ageless) Z, with the Z34 coming in second....It's too bad that many of the Z32s out there are either riced out, hammered, etc. |

Here is my non bias opinion, I owned both a 350z and a 370z, both are now gone. I believe both will age well but if nissan doesn't carry over the 370z styling to next gen z (I am talking arrow/catfish head and taillights) then we have a big problem and the z34 will become the designers 'mistake' but from a collectors point of view, 10-15 years from now I would like to have both, the z33 and z34 to watch the evolution before my eyes. |

I always got comments with my 350z as a girly car. I haven't recieved such nonsense with my 370. I'm always been a fan of the 240 which has a timeless looks. So sexy. I want one so bad as a project car, and in the future I will own one. I think the 370 has a balance of unique, aggressive, well balanced style. The 350 was just too... rounded.

It all depends on how the car is done. Stock, any car will age, but with good mods to keep it fresh and different, one can keep a car looking good longer.
This is pretty hot for example. Last edited by cooltoy; 01-25-2013 at 09:40 PM. |

I would say the 370, but it's personal taste.
I think the 370 is superior to the 350, but the 350 broke some good milestones since the last Z. Those milestones were refined, reset, and many broke again with the 370.
