As far as the brake calipers, under normal aggresive street driving there is Zero fade, Braking is smoother than none sport. If you have to brake aggressively in non sport, there's a hard initial jerk when you hit it, then a final jerk at the end. the initial jerk isn't there, it's like more of a smooth inertia feel instead. you can brake smoothly from much higher speeds to zero. From 100 to 0mph is impressively short for a car i paid 34k for, I would expect that kind of stopping from a car double the price. On track. some brake fade is exhibited after about 3 laps give or take. this can be fixed by going aftermarket on pads and rotors. Trading over just to have brakes? You are going to lose money unless you trade for another used car.
