Rattle in dash behind 3 gauge pod only above 5k rpm

I have the same thing except mine usually only happens between 2-3k rpm and only in the winter when it's cold out. I'm sure it's something under the dash but

I'm sure it's something under the dash but I'm not about to rip it all out to try and fix it. Same could be said for the dreaded shifter knob rattle. Only happens at about 3-5k rpm and only when cold.
