$1K-2K est for possible mod? Sunroof anyone?
I've seen this thread: had 370z sunroof installed.
I'm going to miss the sunroof on my Civic when I sell it as I've spend many of night keeping it wide open running the Dragon late at night. Has anyone else installed a sunroof to their Z? If so, what model did you get? Any issues with structural weakening? Squeaking around corners? Leaks?

Doesn't look right.
Sunroof doesn't look right on the Z either as it removes the sculpted lines in the roof. IMO, just save your money and learn to love the enclosed feel.

I feel a Bandit-mobile coming on! And you'll need a CB radio.

Hey CDepp,
If you're thinking about doing it, look up "Westabo" That's the company that makes the actual roofs, and they have THOUSANDS of authorized retailers If you want an automatic one instead of a pop the glass out type it should cost $999+tax, not a PENNY more. You can TRY to bargain less, but I have called a LOT of places and no one would play ball Also, IIRC they are warranted for like against leaks |

CDepp, I wondered how I might feel about the Z not having a sunroof given that my last 4 cars (including my Mazda 3 daily driver) have had them. Even now when I go from that to the Z I don't miss the sunroof, and lean toward the "it would be wrong" side. I don't know how long you've owned your Z, but wonder if some more time with it might change your mind. A sunroof isn't like a bolt on mod that can be returned to stock, and I wonder what it would do it resale value.
Still, if you get it done please post pics...never saw one before!
