That aside, the Evo is far from a downgrade. It's a fantastic car and has been a dominant car on the track over the years for a reason. Of all the cars I've owned, my Evo 8 had the best steering feedback and confidence inspiring handling. It was very easy to drive hard and could be modded very easily with little money. None of this is a reason the OP is giving for the change and I wouldn't trade mine for an Evo being in SoCal. But I loved AWD for those crappy days of weather. So being in Ohio, I see this as a smart move. Other than losing your a$$ financially. Congrats on the Evo. You will have a blast in it. |

Don't give up so soon
Well sorry you feel the need for a trade. I'd try the tires first to see the difference before you do a drastic deal as in trading in you ride. So if you do go for the trade just dont settle on one car because you want it. Take your time and get the best deal you can, I got my baby for $25K

IMO, the front grill reminds of Yosemite's mustache, just my opinion.

STI was underpowered, and no auto option test drove and nice drive though. EVO not bad looking, underpowered, but limited dealer presence in my area, and the salesmans i did talked to seemed not interested in my business. Z great deal on price, good power, great styling, deal closer was the saleeman, no BS and worked the deal i wanted. that said they are all great rides, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Good Luck!!

I love sports cars man. They all have their positives and negatives. For every negative, I can emphasize a positive and vice versa on ALL MODELS... It's all based on your needs and applications how it will swing for you in your decisions.. Drive safe and enjoy |

I had an Evo 8 too and I have to agree with the steering feed back and handling, honestly it felt better than my 2012 z in handling and steering feedback. The z is just a better overall car |
