car and driver claims nissan now provides...

Car and driver buyers guide now claims oil cooler and
Differential cooler are now options at $780 each.
Just thought I should post it as a thread.
I have to say I'm ecstatic!!! :)

This is news to me...i just checked with sales and they knew nothing about this. I am going to dig deeper on this one....did they specify if it was for the 370z in particular???

Not really depending on the kit. I've seen some kits go for as low as $250 but not really provide good cooling...our race team is putting together a race quality kit that should retail just over $1000.00. I know GTM puts one out around $1300.00 (correct me if i'm wrong)

Thats pretty pricy for an oil cooler - you can get the GTM kit for 400ish?

juan05 07-09-2009 05:46 PM

wait so nissan installs it?

That's probably been in production (the guide) for many months. I'm sure that info goes back to the coolers fitted on the original magazine cars which so far has proven untrue at least as a warrantied factory option. There are several dealers active here who would have reported it if it were......Just another rumor to muddy up the waters..:ugh2:
