How are you guys getting a hold of them?

I left a PM with Sam a couple weeks ago, nothing. I called GTM this morning and tried to get some info on the monitoring systems they sell and the guy said that there was nothing he could do but he would get sales to call me back, and still nothing.

Is there a secret number or something that I am missing? lol. Brutal.

Email and phone. Phone probably works best.

Tried the phone and the guy who answered couldnt help me, said he would get 'sales' to give me a call. I will wait it out a bit longer before I change my build plans I guess.

That's their email. I've had success using that in AFG. If you call around noon PAC time, they are probably at lunch.

Usually just call, a tech might have answered the phone and all the sales guys were busy. Give them another call today, also remember they are in Cali so time zone differences depending on where you are.
