He was going crazy with his mods, swapping everything out 2 or 3 times and then just disappeared. Did I miss something? Kind of interesting to see all the stuff

Don't be panic, it's normal... Superman usually disapears before you even realize. And your not supposed to see all the stuff he is doing.
