... After all, I believe all you guys were right
So I came back from my trip and... Amsterdam I saw 1 350z. Miami. In 1 day I literally saw over 7 350z out there. Crazy. It felt like every 3 blocks they had one. Muscle cars and Porsches ? Pssshhh. I lost count how many times I seem them. 370z ? None. I carry a lot pride to be the one of a few to have it heck yes I do. But as I mentioned, I just wish I knew at least 2 people that had it just so we could roll together to meets and drive around sometimes. That's all. I see more Lamborghini and Ferrari than 370z. Incredible. Anyways, I guess it is my location that it is dead with the Z scene. Either way. For anyone around NYC and NJ there's meets tonight and tomorrow if you guys interested. . . Thank you for everyone's input in this thread. |

I live in the puckerbrush. I never see any "Z's", which is just the way I like it. I also have a 2011 STI sedan. In 2 years I've seen exactly 1 other one and that was in Pennsylvania. They aren't disappearing, they are just appealing to a select few. Like us! RP

I drive my '09 370z m-f for 2 hours back and forth to work each day and rarely if ever see a Z. Much of my drive is in a well populated (city) area also. That's ok with me...makes it even more special

i feel the Z crowd is with the older Z32 and Z33
at the local univeristy meets, there are like 5 Z32s but only 1 Z34(me), plus i dont see very many Z34 out on the roads, lots of Z33 though there was one other z34 at the meet but i havent seen him there for a while |

I also feel we are part of a dying breed as well, especially if driving the car the way it was meant to be driven is a consideration.

I'm wintering on the Gulf coast of Florida (Naples/Marco Island). Every other car here is a Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, BMW etc. and every tenth car is Lambroghini (pardon misspelling) or Maserati or other super exotic model (even saw my first Tesla sports car the other day). Darn few Z's though. Really, just one every now and then.

Where in CT are you from, around my parts you see a few, more in the summer time, but you can spot a few of them out of their covers and on the road in the winter/fall.

I've seen four just today riding around doing errands. One black Nismo, a yellow one, and two base silvers. I find I'm seeing more and more lately around Kenner/Metairie.
