The culprit(s) should be shot on sight. ZERO TOLERANCE!!! See Nitrous this is why we can't have nice things... sucks they got you like that and hope you are able to get it back right or get enough out of it to put you in something new.

Agreed. Northern Virginia has this same problem. You can't own anything nice because there are sooo many that want it but don't work for it, so they destroy it or steal it when they can. I've had that happen a few times; made me move 70 miles south of that area. Never had an issue since.

So sorry bro! Perhapse there is a better outcome for you than you know.

Wow unbelievable man, sorry to hear that. It's just quite unbelievable we live in a society where people actually went completely out if their way and took time to vandalize your car for no apparent reason. When I hear these kind of stories it just really pisses me off and it's not even my car.

in the first few months after I got my 370z, one day I walked back to the car as another guy was also walking toward it. He saw me so he started complimenting on the car but he really didn't look like the type that liked this car. I could be wrong but I think I got pretty lucky that day.

I went to talk to the owner of the body shop yesterday and he said I'm looking at a minimum of $10,000 in damages. Everything just started adding up. I got to actually see the car in day light and i noticed that both turn signal lights were keyed, my A pillars between the front window and tiny rear windows were keyed, and some of the paint remover did seep into the door jambs causing a little metal to show. The crappy thing is that i need entirely new lights because the paint removal ate through the tail lights and headlights. Those lights arnt cheap either. It doesn't seem like a lot but literally every part of the car needs a repaint and new parts. Ahhh and i just thought about checking the trunk jambs to see if it seeped in there too. He said most likely the car will become a write off. With the cost of paint, labor, and new parts i wouldn't be surprised if it is a write off. I should know by the end of the week what the results are.

Yeah thats what my mom said when she found out. This all happened in a CHURCH parking lot. I mean come on... A church parking lot on a early sunday morning... The only time i actually laughed was when the officer asked me "So um do you have any crazy ex girl friends that don't like you?"

Insurance called and said they will not pay to fix the car so it's considered totaled... I kind of saw this coming but I didn't want to believe it. I was planning on purchasing a 370z within the next couple months because I have been slowly saving up and I thought it would be cool to have both my 350 and a new 370. I could never see myself getting rid of my 350 that car is my pride and joy. But I think it's time to finally move on
