i thought the Truck portion was creative and worth doing for them to learn, however unless im actually in the drivers seat doing it like that, it didnt really seem to draw my interest as much as the Z and GT-R

Excellent program...I just wish it didn't come on at 11:00 PM. They have definitly targeted the west coast market this season and are shooting for Prime Time over there.

Don't forget that the 2011 GT: Academy frequents this forum from time to time. I am sure he will pop in at some point.

you have to know how to play the game skillfully BUT as im sure you guys have watched, its also about fitness, being physically fit is a must to be able to handle the rigors of endurance races also.

its a combination of Mixing best of both worlds (fitness and racing)

umm.....i dont want to be a troll or anything, BUT i have played racing video games all my life from 2D nfs to the GRID [havent played the latest games in 2012 cuz i work now] most of them finished more than 3 times over and must say that DRIVING A Z IN A GAME OR IN REAL LIFE ON AN AUTOMATIC TRANNY IS JUST GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY .

its a waist of a Z or any car including R35 to drive them auto [ye i know no manual for r35 then get an r34 instead] is considered by me a TOTAL WANNABEEE. Like the show and I appreciate that they have slowly started to get away from calling this GT Academy North America since the contest is only open to US residents. No matter, this Canuck is too old to get racing contract.

Still, fun to watch the show and see what they can do with a Z.

But it's kind of like Star Trek. As soon as you see them do a full profile of a contestant, he's as good as wearing a red shirt and surely won't survive the episode.
