Fat boy needs to go home though.

:iagree:

Not sure what type of DVR you have, but my Dish Network allows me to adjust before & after show time recording. I just adjusted it so not to miss the next one

Does anyone else find it interesting that they use the standard coupe body with Nismo badges and not the "racy" Nismo version :D I mean they use the GTR & open wheelers & the cars are built for performance, why didn't they use the Nismo body kit & nismo "tuned" motor

Sorry not trying to offend, but it is a head scratcher ;)

European market does not have a NISMO model available. Since the program is filmed in the UK, Nissan would have to either A) Import NISMO models from the US/Japan or B) spend the time and energy to convert the non-NISMO 370Z's to use a US/JDM NISMO aero package. At which time these cars would be illegal unless further mods were made to the cars to meet UK DOT standards.

NISMO models do not have the provisions for headlight sprayers or the rear fog light, which are mandatory in the European markets.

Good question though regardless...

Thanks for the insight Dustin :tiphat:

I can adjust it as well but I thought last weeks F-Up was going to be a one time thing so I didn't bother adjusting the times. Looks like I will need to adjust it after all.

Cool but can you believe they didn't do the red GTR start button mod? :stirthepot:

I'm actually pretty shocked that their 370s aren't modded more than they actually are lol

Still, fun to watch the show and see what they can do with a Z.

But it's kind of like Star Trek. As soon as you see them do a full profile of a contestant, he's as good as wearing a red shirt and surely won't survive the episode.

:iagree: with both statements North America has more to it then the USA, you know that huge land mass north of there boarder called CANADA! might only have approx 36 million people but we are here!

Also with the profile of the contestants, basically you already know who's going home. It has become very predictable, but I still like the show!

no reason for them to have more than basic safety upgrades. As long as all cars are setup the same, its testing the drivers, not competing against other cars.

but I bet they go out with a full tank of gas every session!

I've been hearing about this show but I haven't seen it before. Mainly due to the fact I blow all my money on mods and can't afford cable.

Anyway here is a link to download the episodes from both seasons

LOL @ the guys swept off half the pit crew. Maybe they should try bowling instead. Lol. But yea I understand it's not easy.

Nismo89 11-20-2012 11:45 PM

ive watched alot of races , and pit crew actions and 80 percent of the time, i see them coasting in or driving at a low rate of speed and easily stop. rather than those pit stops they were doing lol.

although i did see a few other that flew into the pits and had to apply the brakes hardcore, smoke pouring everywhere....... guess it all depends
