Another update. Just got off the phone with Luz at Nissan NA. They want me to have my car towed back to Columbus (on my own dime) and even then

Another update. Just got off the phone with Luz at Nissan NA. They want me to have my car towed back to Columbus (on my own dime) and even then there's no guarantee they'll cover the new repairs... Absolutely crazy!!!
Talk about a sure fire way to lose customer loyalty.
