Anyone polished there timing chain cover?

Just as "good shop practice" as we say in my line of work.. Anything that is taken apart and has a gasket, gets a new one. The old one has

Anything that is taken apart and has a gasket, gets a new one. The old one has already been torqued and seen pressure.. It's just easier to do while everything's apart opposed to finding a leak later..
