I'd guess they're headlight washers, but I've been wrong before.

Meh, I've seen nicer color combos.

All in all, I'd prefer a Nismo in black or white. That yellow isn't doing much for me.

This may seem crazy but the conversion isn't perfect. Look at the price of a normal Z there. It's not like it's double the price.
