They crashed my car!!!

I believe the standard is that anything under 5 mph cannot cause damage, except cosmetic. I was rear ended @ 40 mph while sitting still. $22,000 damage to my Acura.

Just looking at the Z, I'd guess anything over about 10 mph would jack the bumper, hatch, quarter panels and everything underneath.
