Figures...
Last night, I washed my Z...
I watch the news in the morning...30% chance of rain, but only for areas north of Tulsa. Cool - I'll drive my Z. Less than an hour after I get to work - it's raining...and only enough to get the car dirty again before the sun comes out and bakes it off, leaving water spots. |

That happens to me everytime I wash the car. Meguier's quick detail spray works well for after a bit of rain, and Armorall tire gel is, amazingly, the best tire dressing I have ever used (and I was a professional detailer 18 years ago). That stuff doesn't even come off in a car wash.

Its not that hard for people to click on a thread and just ignore it - i mean leaving a comment only increases the chance that the thread in question blows up. I for one dont mind it as I still feel the ratio of info and fact to random tidbits is still quite good.

This is still z related... You see, I washed my Z, it rained despite the weather report this morning saying otherwise, and I'm unhappy that I'll have water spots, so I was indirectly asking what would be the best way to address it/them. Additionally, I was also subliminally commenting about the clearcoat being too thin... So, yeah, this is relevant. |
