I think you are in the wrong forum. You belong here...

This is still z related...

You see, I washed my Z, it rained despite the weather report this morning saying otherwise, and I'm unhappy that I'll have water spots, so I was indirectly asking what would be the best way to address it/them.

Additionally, I was also subliminally commenting about the clearcoat being too thin...

So, yeah, this is relevant.

BS'ing about day-to-day things that happen, related to the car or not, belong in the lounge

Posts that someone else might find useful belong in the general discussion or tech section.

so, post about the sun-shade might be useful for some, general discussion works...this one, lounge

They are common, however, I didn't know there was one fitted for the 370z.

:)

i don't know how much that really keeps the car cool though. i guess every little bit helps.

lmao...very worthwhile discussion for sure..."I washed the car and it rained" Its not that I can't "not read" your threads, its that I have to sift through this crap to get to something worth reading and that is a waste of time and adding clutter that makes things harder to find.

And how relevant (by comparison) are other threads in this particular forum?

I'll save you the trouble of comparing...

Nissan 370z / All Season tires possible? (IMO, wheels and tires)

370z Compared to G37s (fits here, I guess)

Ebay Test pipes (Intake/Exhaust)

June 2009 370Z sales reported....(here I guess)

Bad Dealership experience (here I guess)

Just about everything Bobo hates about modding cars, in here: (Lounge)

Take a look!!! @ the nismo (here I guess - maybe the spyphoto section or whatever)

My GSX finally dies...........(lounge)

Spawn Aerodynamics - Bullittes CF build thread. (exterior)

Base Z - Regrets? (here I guess)

Occupation of 370Z heads (lounge)

Called out! (Lounge)

If you have Monterey Blue & Black Leather... (interior)

Bought a FD instead (lounge)

Nismo 370z (spyshot section)

**Transformers 370Z figure** (lounge)

Some old friends ;) (Lounge)

Now, according to *you* - how many of those belong here?

Lol - for whatever reason I had no inkling to hit this thread then I saw it was two pages so I thought I'd check it out - maybe something interesting going on....

Welcome to the Internet where your sifting-through-the-crud skill will serve you well. Maybe this thread should be in the Interior/Exterior thread....

General discusion is going to typically be non-technical or newbieish so be prepared when you come to this part of the fourm....

I had a similar experience less than a week ago - if you are concerned about your paint this is important as water spots will etch your clear coat over time especially if you have smog or other polutants that increase the pH balance of your rain as well as other minerals, etc.

Anyways back at the ranch!

I use the meguires quick detain when something like that happens. Brings back the shine and protects the paint until I can give the Z a proper wash and wax.

Fixed it for you. Sorry but I don't like people speaking for me.

:tiphat:

Edit:
However, I just noticed you do spend more time stalking the OP in threads than posting anywhere else. I just checked that last few threads the OP made..and yep...there you are..flaming away. At this point it might be time to just "let it go" and use the ignore function (assuming there is one)? You are just adding to the useless spam which you seem to hate.

You seem to have plenty of time on your hands to "sift" through these threads. Stop your damn bitching and go partake in the threads that are worth reading for you.
