So what is it? The sport spoiler or the nismo spoiler?

The Seibon Nismo spoiler is absolutely great in my opinion. However, it is a little heavier than the sport spoiler and I have difficulty opening the trunk sometimes.. Still trying to figure out a solution. Anyways here are some pics of mine.
Also, getting it in CF looks great and does not require any paint. You will have to drill new holes though, but it will cover up the old ones from a sport spoiler.

That's not a Nismo spoiler, that's a sport spoiler. If you can afford more I would say either spend the extra money for a quality product (brand name) (that sport spoiler is not a genuine Nissan part) or just keep it stock until you can save up. Just my opinion, but who knows, it could be good quality, try to read reviews on it first. BTW my carbon fiber one cost me $590 from Stillen (not a Stillen product though).

You can also get a longer Nismo hatch springs since the Nismo has a heavy spoiler too. This thread might be helpful. !!For 370Z Owners with the Stuck Hatch Release Issue!! |

Just did a quick search for ya... Read #24 post here. Hatch/Trunk Problems I am sure there is a lot descriptions about it out there if you do a search. Some might even provide the pix. This trick was originally provided by the 350z owners. |

I think 370z Nismo has the same hatch springs as the 370z non Nismo ones. The longer spring you saw in the pix is actually for 350z. I just swapped out the springs for my Nismo from the dealership last month. It's funny one of their tech guys pointed out the transparent rubber pieces and asked me what was that. Apparently not all of them knows the car very well.
