Sadly im above it because all im doing.

The taxes for a Used car will be like 80% and im not in a good mood to pay that.

Is there a way to return it to 0 or at least the 7 miles that it came out from nissan?

If i change de speedometer Assy will this turn 0?

Im so pissed off.

Can some one illuminate me

Thank you
Altering the odometer is a crime called "fraud" in the US. I know nothing about the laws in Peru except for the prohibitions on Llama sexual relations.
