I don't see why it would be unreasonable to think that it "could" be a 2010. The 2010-2012 body style is very similar to the 2013, and someone who doesn't know the subtle difference could mistake them.

Didn't say it wasn't. Just saying most people will assume 5.0 based on the information given.

Based on sales numbers, the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of it being a 5.0.

It could be a 4.6 or a 5.0. Both are reasonable conclusions. But I think the 5.0 is the more likely candidate based on the given information. Either way, both have a SRA...

6th is just an overdrive correct? Or where does 5th gear take a 370 to, without a limiter?

I think that is correct. I believe 5th is our 1:1, but I am not certain on this. I say that because I stay perpetually annoyed with Nissan and how they gear cars.
