Will Dealer laugh at me....? Also just hit 20K do i need maintainance?

Today i kinda broke(?) my Console box that located between the seats.

i went to the gym and I put my wallet inside and as soon as i was out, I went to market

and then I tried to open the console box and it wasn't open all the way. It feels like it got

stuck somewhere. So i looked down and check inside but nothing was stuck inside.

So i shake the cover and it fell off. Nothing is broken no damages on any

pieces but It is hard for me to put it back how it used to be.

So i've decide to go dealer first thing tomorrow. I wouldn't know if they going to charge me

for this but maybe i should go there since my car just hit 20K miles and have some

maintainance?

Friend telling me that Don't ever let dealer check up on your car because

they gonna break it on purpose and make you pay for it. Is this true?

What Do i need to prepare for the car that hit over 20k miles?

I already changed Rear tires when it was 15K
