Yeah you do have to check the law, every state is different, funny thing is half the unmarked police cruisers around town have illegal tint on their car, like 5%

Ive got fix it tickets for my tints too, I was suppose to get a sticker for it from the DMV but I never did, cuz the lady tells me its illegal. OH WELL>
