I have had similar encounters with Evo drivers. I had one try to race me for over 15 minutes. He followed me around town, revving, flying by, cutting me off, etc. We were even behind a county police officer at one point and he was still behind me goosing the throttle so I could hear his BOV.
I turned through some side streets, even drove by the county courthouse, and this douche was still following me. Swerving, revving, etc. He had MD tags and apparently didn't know that people in Virginia carry. I was about to turn into a parking lot when he finally decided to break off. I am sure he was lost since he followed me for so long.
