How many of you have pulled the steering lock fuse?

Saw the light came on a few times, got nervous, pulled the fuse about a week ago.

Hey after I pulled the fuse, I noticed when I unlock the doors and get into the car the red immobilizer light with the red car and key in the middle cluster is flashing until I start the car. Is this normal and I just didn't notice this before the fuse pull? Thanks.

If the car starts, you are OK.

The Owner's Manual should tell you which indicators should be on/off and when.
