over 400whp n/a motor.
stock block, 350z heads, custom intake and a ton of other stuff. They also JUST had a race a week or so back. Their next stop is kansas? If I remember correctly for the next race. He owns both cars and rents the one on the truck to another driver. Both cars weren't 100%. The one on the truck had a blown motor due to the driver missing second and smashing it into 4th. The one in the lot is running on 5 cyl., that last cyl crapped out on them during the same race. Guy with all the patches on his shirt is Tim Bell.

The car lacks in the torque department as he was telling me. He loves the raceways with all the twist and bends because he can get right through them with his Z. Tracks with a lot of straight stretches, it's hard bringing up the speed. The Porsche's, bmw's and the new z28 cars performed really well in the last few races, I've watched.

I washed the Z yesterday and spot applied wax where needed.

I'm at an intersection and I feel the pressure to bring the top down. No not to expose my man boobs...nay...man mamaries (I'm not overweight enough to have boobs), but to obey the amazing weather and enjoy the roadster as it should be driven.
(Full disclosure: I try my best to not over use the top function due to the alleged tearing that some RZ owners have experienced in this forum. I have had no issues although the a_ _ wipe before me made a small puncture just to the left of my head.) So I'm putting my top down and dang if it doesn't attract attention. Not being a show off...just trying to enjoy the nice weather.

This is a ******* disgusting question that I never thought I'd have to ask. I was just driving home and a roach came out of somewhere and was on my dash. Not a tiny roach, a ******* teenage flying roach! I had to stop on the highway immediately before I freaked out and caused a wreck. What can I do to clean my entire vehicle, take apart the dash? I've never seen anything in my car and while I have eaten in my car, I make it a point to vacuum and clean as best as I can.
Excuse me while I go shower.

My wife is the same way. Just grab it and kill it!
Or you could put a little roach bait in there in several places ( big ones, that big guy can't get into the small bait traps). OR, you could put one of those "bombs" in there. Not sure if it would damage the car interior/electronics though. If it were my car I'd leave it alone, eventually it's going to either leave or die. |
