On another note, those steel belts looks AWESOME in the smoke out box on the drag strip at night. Imagine a glowing red-orange ring peeking through the smoke when you're tacking up your tires. Lol

Got passed by a 2013 z on the way to work. Those LED daytime running lights look awesome. I was one of those people who initially didn't like the loss of the front fangs but seeing one up close I think I actually like the 2013 more. We exchanged thumbs up too

I had a very busy day today!
-Woke up and drove down to the beach -Surfed for two hours, then realized I parked on a street that had street sweeping -I was given a ticket for no front plate and for parking during street sweeping -Drove my car over to my friends shop and had my SPL LCA bushings finally installed and realized my front tires were completely cupped on the inside -Drove over to the CHP office and had the plate ticket signed off -Drove to Allen Tire and ordered a set of 4 Bridgestone Potenza RE760's -Tires should be in tomorrow and will be mounted, balanced, aligned and filled with Nitrogen! |

Today I finished the install on my pioneer avh-x5500bhs head unit, I was having issues with the motion bypass and getting the PAC-swi to work.
I was trying to use a relay for the bypass and I either had a bad relay or it was too quick of a momentary switch so I installed an actual switch and it works good. I have my blue tooth mic, Iphone cable and bypass switch all hidden in the cubby hole above the head unit. For the PAC-swi apparently I fail at reading directions as I failed to ground the black wire beside pin 16. After that it only took me a moment to program the unit, I might reprogram so that instead of seeking with the up/down it will change to different presets. All works well now though and I'm happy with the install even though it took me about 4 tries to get everything right. |

A very bad day, I didn't see cement long-blocks (or whatever they are for parking) in front of me as I decided to run over TWO of them. My undercarriage may be damaged. In my defense, I was running on three hours of sleep.
